I always return here because it's perfect. Friendly staff found me parking. Wi-Fi, laundry, kettle, and A/C included. No pets or smoking. It suits my needs. Can't wait to come back!

Everything was good, we had awesome 1 day here. The location was good and excellent in a fairly quiet area, adjacent to the train station and the bus station and nice cafe and restaurants. Also, it was 2 miles from Fuji-q-Highland Park.

We had a very nice stay in our exceptionally clean and huge room with comfortable beds. the location of the property was absolutely perfect, close to public transport and convenience stores.

The hotel in Fujikawaguchiko was lovely, small, and modern, close to the station. The staff were very nice and accommodating with any request. Having free tea and coffee in my spacious room was really great. The property was centrally located and close to Matsumoto Kiyoshi Drug Store.

Free WiFi, parking, and laundry facilities were provided. Conveniently located for exploring the area. The wide range of amenities made my stay enjoyable. So glad I had the opportunity to do laundry on my vacation, what a thrill!

The room at JINYA Fujikawaguchiko was so cozy and comfortable. I loved the little kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, perfect for making quick meals. The bed was super comfy, and the deep soaking bathtub in the bathroom was a luxurious treat. Plus, the free WiFi was a nice bonus!

Honestly, I'm not a fan of the carpeting in the room. It's just a personal preference, but I feel like it could have been replaced with something easier to clean.

That was exceptionally comfortable and stunningly beautiful hotel set in quiet area, just next door to Kawaguchiko train station, and Fujikawaguchiko. The staff were polite and welcoming. The service was nice in my opinion. The location was great, not too far away from Yamanashi Gem Museum. I stayed in this venue for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed it.
